be strictly followed:

Authors are required to submit their
papers through the Google Form using the link provided below,
within the specified deadline.

- Review Process:
All submitted papers will undergo a
rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure
quality, originality, and relevance to the conference tracks.
- Plagiarism &
Copyright Policy (<10%): Submissions
must be original and unpublished work. Papers should comply with
standard plagiarism norms, and any form of academic misconduct
will lead to rejection. Authors must ensure proper citation of all
referenced work.
- Acceptance &
Registration: Acceptance of papers
will be based on reviewers’ recommendations. At least one author
of each accepted paper must complete registration to include the
paper in the conference proceedings.
- Presentation
Guidelines: Detailed instructions
for paper presentation will be shared with the accepted authors.
Authors are expected to adhere to the presentation schedule and
guidelines.
- Publication
Opportunities: All accepted papers
will be considered for publication in reputed journals and
conference proceedings, subject to meeting the respective
publication criteria.
- Payment Guidelines: Authors are advised not to make any prior payment at the time of paper submission. Payment is to be made only after the acceptance of the manuscript in the journal. The payment link will be shared by the college with the individual corresponding author after acceptance.
